Dear Lexi,

You have a serious crying problem.

You want held 24/7.

And you are clearly in a growth spurt as you eat TONS all of the time.

I have tried a bath, food, Tylenol, singing…everything.

So, you are in your room. And screaming your head off.

Love you (even when you’re incredibly irritating) for always,

Dear Lexi,

Mama read the other day about how many diapers just sit in landfills per child’s lifte time and decided to make a change.

(And you look pretty cute in them, too).

Dear Lexi,

We decided to go on a rather spontaneous week-long trip to the coast camping with grandma, grandpa, uncle Cooper and aunt Mel.

You slept through the night and very much enjoyed going for walks.

Everyone in the campground loved seeing you and kept commenting on how adorable you are.

Daddy’s side of the family came for a visit over the weekend and we spent the day at the beach where Mommy & Daddy got engaged, and then went to the botanical gardens.

You only did a little bit of fussing 😉

annnnd a few videos:

Love you for always,

Mama

Dear Lexi,

On Saturday, July 21, 2012, Jordan & Kami got married!

[FINALLY]

This was the very first wedding you’ve ever attended. Daddy was a groomsman:

Hopefully her photographer will send me the sweet pics she got of you in your little dress.

Love you for always,

Mama

Crib…

Dear Lexi,

Tonight will be the third night you’ve slept in your very own crib.

We LOVE that you have slept through the night every single night except once since you reached 6 weeks.

…Mama could get use to this!

I just hope our next baby sleeps as well as you do.

Love you for always,
Mama

Enchanted Forest!

Dear Lexi,

Thursday we went to Enchanted Forest for Kami’s Bachelorette Party.

We had an awesome time! Mommy even got a chance to ride some rides.

We then celebrated with Red Lobster, then some frozen yogurt to follow.

LUCKILY, Grandma picked you up to visit Great-grandma, so you weren’t involved in the Suburban breaking down on I-5.
